WAIT LIST TERMS & CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions relate specifically to the 'Loom Wait List' operated by Rebecca McLaughlin trading as Ministry of Mending*.
SECTION 1 - SIGN UP
To add your name to the wait list you must visit the following page hosed by WaitWhile Inc: https://waitwhile.com/welcome/ministryofmending
We will not accept sign-ups via any other method e.g. email or message sent over a social media platform.
You must provide your full name, email address, country of residence and a contact number. You understand this information will be held on the WaitWhile software system for the purpose of the wait list only. We do not use this information for any other marketing purposes, nor do we actively sell this information to any 3rd parties.
By signing up to the wait list you give permission for us to contact you via email and SMS to provide up-to-date information about your current position, estimated wait times, and how to place an order for a replica darning loom or kit when it is your turn to purchase.
Sign-ups are limited to one per person. Any additional sign-ups by the same person using an alternative email address or contact number will be deleted from the list.
If you previously held a position on the wait list, you may re-join at any time.
We do not accept sign-ups from anyone living within Germany unless an alternative shipping address (outside of Germany) can be provided.
SECTION 2 - WAITING
You can freely access information about your current position on the list and an estimated wait time, by following the link in your confirmation email.
You reserve the right to remove your name and contact details from the wait list at any time. To do so you must click the link in your confirmation email and clikc 'Leave Waitlist'. You will receive a follow-up email to confirm your name and any other contact details you entered at the point of sign-up, has been deleted from the

You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
